I offer counselling and psychotherapy in North Wales and Chester, both in person and online, allowing you to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.
Sessions are available in English and Welsh, and I also offer Walk & Talk therapy for those who prefer being outdoors.
Whether you choose online therapy, a private counselling room, or the benefits of walking in nature, my aim is to provide a safe supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore whatever is bringing you to therapy. Together, we can work towards helping you make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I have particular experience supporting clients through grief and loss, addiction recovery, trauma, relationship difficulties, and significant life changes. I also work with anxiety, stress, burnout, and low self-esteem.
Drawing on my professional training and real-life experience, I aim to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and acceptance, helping you make sense of your experiences and move towards positive change.
I hold an MSc in Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.)
I continue to develop my practice through ongoing training in trauma, bereavement, addiction recovery, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
